Redline Gaming

Privacy Policy

How Redline Gaming handles information across this website and our applications.

Draft — pending final legal review. This document identifies practices for transparency and requires legal review before it is considered final.

Operator: Redline Gaming
Contact: support@redlinegaming.us

1. Information collected

Depending on the product and features you use, we may process account details, technical logs, and content you submit. Specific products may collect additional categories described in their in-app disclosures.

2. Account information

Account email, authentication credentials (stored as one-way hashes where we host passwords), display handles, and profile fields you provide.

3. Authentication providers

If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive limited profile information you authorize (for example an identifier and email). We do not receive your third-party password.

4. Application telemetry

We do not claim zero telemetry across all products. Where telemetry exists, it should be limited to operational reliability. This draft must be updated to match each product’s actual implementation before legal approval.

5. Crash logs and diagnostics

Some applications may offer consent-based error or diagnostic reports emailed to support. Reports are not sent without user action where the product is designed that way.

6. Download analytics and support forms

This marketing site does not currently wire a third-party analytics provider. Aggregate download events may be added later and will be disclosed here.

Support and contact forms send your name, email, category, and message to support@redlinegaming.us through our email provider (Resend). The Resend API key stays on the server and is never embedded in the browser.

7. Voice data

Voice-enabled apps may process microphone audio to recognize commands or generate replies. Distinguish carefully in product docs: audio processed locally versus audio or transcripts sent to Redline servers or third-party AI providers.

8. Screen-capture data

Experimental visual features, when enabled, may use user-authorized screen capture. Capture is user initiated and can be stopped. Frame storage and any cloud processing must match the product implementation and be disclosed in that product’s materials.

9. AI requests

AI-assisted features may send prompts and necessary context to Redline Gaming services and/or third-party AI providers. Do not include secrets in prompts.

10. Stored game-related data

Products may store user-created operational records, preferences, and cached public game reference data needed to operate the application.

11. Cookies

This marketing site aims to minimize cookies. Product web apps may use local storage or cookies for sessions. Advertising cookies are not used on this site in V1.

12. Third-party service providers

Providers may include hosting, email delivery, databases, identity providers, and AI vendors. Each processes data under their own terms when used.

13. Data retention

Retention periods vary by record type (accounts, logs, support mail). Exact schedules require legal and operational finalization.

14. Security

We apply standard protections appropriate to a small software provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

15. User rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact support@redlinegaming.us to make a request.

16. Children’s privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
